Aloha!
This place is amazing! beautiful gardens, peaceful setting and built by a master builder. Love the cottage.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The birds woke us every morning. Our host, JoAnna, was fabulous. My husband caught a virus. JoAnna directed us to a clinic here where he was seen quickly. Loved the goody basket with the great coffee and fabulous cookies. Will recommend this place to our friends.

What a beautifully crafted home away from home!
Something we discovered through friends that we would like to ass on:
For healthy supplies and eating:
Alive and Well:
In Kahului, a health food store with a wonderful take out or eat there counter. Yummy fresh organic salads and juice combinations, etc.
Mana:
In Paia, a fabulous health food store with a body cure section that is astounding. Very cute town, Paia, with fun shops and the best locally made ice cream around at the coffee place along the main highway in the middle of town.
Hula Grill:
in Whalers Village, Kaanapali for late afternoon whale watching (full breaches - lots!) and sunset cocktails & pupus.
Pacifico's:
At 505 Front St., (Just around the corner) for a special dinner - amazing, creative interesting, very fresh fish W/an Asian, bur rich, flair. Great sunset spot 20 yards from the water.
The Fish Market:
In Honokawai, for the freshest fish and the little "farmers market", a little south of there in Honokowai for good local vegetables and your moning papaya.
We had fun & were very comfortable.

Mac, your design and building of these houses is nothing short of amazing.
Rosina, we sent up and down the west coast and found nothing more lovely than your gardens.
JoAnna, your decorating and management skills are excellent.
You all make a great team! We will never forget Maui or y'all..... If you are ever in Texas be sure and look us up.

Thank you so much for everything, all the great placed to make sure to see and places to eat. You made us feel so at home. This place is wonderfyul! The town is adorable with all the shops. There is so much to do here we really spent very little time in the house. Yet, when we did come back, it was so relaxing with the sounds of the jungle!
Thanks again,

Thanks for providing such a calm respite from our daily lives. The time we spent here was refreshing and rejuvenating. Having the choice to take a short stroll down to the beach or into town or even just staying here in our little cottage was perfect. We were lulled to sleep each night by the sounds of geckos, water and wind; awakened each morning by birds and sun on our faces.
We look forward to returning soon!

Thank you so much for this great place. A touch of paradise. Walking through your garden paths is like the road to Hana. The road to Hana, to me, is one of the most beautiful places on this island.
This cottage, with no glass windows, just screens, so you can truly appreciate the smells and sounds; the birds, the water fountains, the ocean surf, all of this is so calming, peaceful, total tranquility. A million times better thanany hotel room.
It is really hard to describe how wonderful this place is, plus affordable for the not so rich. There are so many details that make this place so complete and such a unique experience. I am having a very hard time leaving this cottage.
I truly can appreciate all the hard work it took and takes to create and maintain this paradise, Bali Hale.
Mac and Rosina, you are an amazing couple. You made us feel so welcomed, the fresh flowers, the fruit, coffee and cookies! Your love of nature and zest for life radiates through your eyes and smile. I am blessed that our paths crossed.
A great, unique experience I want to return now!

Thank you & Mahalo from the bottom of our hearts. This was Jacquelines first trip to Hawaii and I couldn't think of a better place for her to feel the true spirit of Maui.
Your accommodations were spectacular and there was nothing more relaxing than waking up to the sounds of tropical birds and waterfalls outside our windows.
It couldn't have been more perfect.
Aloha & Mahalo!
